My name is Theresa Rice, and I have been working at RCSS since August of 2006. My previous experience includes 11 years of teaching junior high and high school, general ed and special ed, in Louisiana and Texas. I hold a B.A. in English from Louisiana College and an M.Ed. in special education from the University of North Texas in Denton. I am the case manager/diagnostician for Hearne High School, Hearne Junior High and Mumford ISD.
