My name is Nancy Eastland, and I have been serving Robertson County schools as an educational diagnostician since August of 2012. My previous experience includes nine years of teaching general education and special education in Texas, four years of teaching general education and special education in Arkansas, and one year serving as an educational diagnostician in Arkansas. I hold a B.S.I.S. from Stephen F. Austin State University and a M.Ed. with certifications as an Educational Diagnostician and Principal.

I currently serve as the diagnostician for Hearne Elementary School. Additionally, I serve as the In-Home/Parent Trainer for RCSS. I am committed to supporting students, families, and staff through collaborative services that promote growth and student success.
