 The mission of Franklin Independent School District, located in a small, close-knit, agricultural community, is to provide all students with the skills that will enable them to compete, contribute, and meet the challenges in a changing complex society. To ensure success, the district provides opportunities that enable students to develop essential competencies in an educational environment suitable to their individual instructional needs. In addition to basic competencies, the district offers enrichment designed to foster within each student the qualities of creativity and enthusiasm.
